From residual biomass to market
Glocal Green produces biomethanol from sustainable, forest-based residual biomass. Our technology leverages proven processes and existing infrastructure to enable a fully green value chain – with minimal implementation risk. The solution is efficient, scalable, and designed for seamless integration into today’s transport and industrial systems.
The first production unit
A production unit is currently under development in Norway, engineered to produce approximately 100,000 tonnes of biomethanol annually. It relies entirely on green input factors – including forest-based residual biomass and locally sourced renewable energy.
Designed for high efficiency, the process features full energy optimization and utilizes internally produced biomethanol for logistics. By combining proven technologies in new ways, the concept is scalable both nationally and internationally.
